As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and cash flow. What you'll do
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital expenditure planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate and manage annual audits, working effectively with external auditors.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management on investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax filings and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
